I have both 1:1 coaching and group coaching sessions.
Coaching is now available in Zoom.
Each session is scheduled to last between 45 - 90 min but I ensure there is completion in every session. The session will not end abruptly just because time is up and when we are in the middle of an important conversation.
Coaching is not about fixing a person who is flawed but rather to empower, guide, support and draw out one's strength in moving forward to his / her identified goals. It is about building independence, autonomy and accountability in each individual. It is about creating positive and long-lasting change in the client.
