We have both 1:1 coaching and group coaching available.
Coaching is available in person (usually for the first session) and video call via Skype / Zoom for subsequent sessions.
Each session is scheduled to last between 45 - 90 min but we ensure there is completion in every session. The session will not end abruptly just because time is up and when we are in the middle of an important conversation.
Coaching is not about fixing a person who is flawed but rather to empower, guide, support and draw out one's strength in moving forward to his / her identified goals. It is about building independence, autonomy and accountability in each individual. It is about creating positive and long-lasting change in the client.
